Colloidal silver has been touted as a natural solution for combating bacteria, virus, and fungi. In ancient Rome, silver was known to have antibiotic properties. But in modern times, doctors warn against using silver as a remedy. They say that it is dangerous to ingest or even apply the heavy metal to the skin.
